The
resource person was Chef Ram Kishor, Demi Chef De Partie in The Leela Jaipur.
He trained the students on how to prepare Indian desserts and what are the
different methods used in the preparation of the desserts. He prepared 10
desserts as follows: -

2. Rajbhog
3. Angoori Rasmalai
4. Rasmalai
5. Gulabjamun
6. Lemcha
7. Kalajamun
8. Chote Gulabjamun
9. Chaum Chaum
10. Gur ka Rasugulla
The
students learned about the ingredients required in the preparation of sugar
syrup and their measurements. It was further briefed by Chef Kailash Prajapati
and Chef Kanchan Aich.
